​Staying on Nantucket

We recommend looking into a house rental via Airbnb, VRBO, or one of the local realtors as we have found this to be the most cost-effective way to stay on the island.

If you do wish to stay at a hotel, there are many great options on the island. Some of our favorites are below: 

 

The White Elephant is a wonderful, edge of town hotel. Located on the harbor, this hotel has all the amenities and is a quick walk to town or the beach.

 

The Nantucket Hotel, is another full service hotel, located down the street from The White Elephant, and steps to downtown.

 

Faraway Hotel Nantucket is smack in the middle of town. These historic buildings were recently renovated and well decorated. There is a nice restaurant and chic bar on site.

 

Life House Nantucket was formerly a sea captain’s home built in the 1830’s. It was recently renovated and has a coastal chic vibe. It is on the edge of town.

 

 Greydon House is in the heart of downtown Nantucket and has one of our favorite restaurants and bar.

21 Broad is also in the heart of downtown and features small, but cozy, chic rooms.

 

Harborview Nantucket has cottage rentals and is located in town, on the harbor, just a short walk from Great Harbor Yacht Club, (where we will be enjoying welcome cocktails).
